Carpaccio Magazine Wallpapers App: Available on the App Store

Date posted: February 15, 2012

Last november we created a digital studio called Ubicuo Studio dedicated to develop Apps and books for iPad / iPhone (and now working on Android devices). We’ve already published 2 photo books (Tusk, Ana Cabaleiro and No Art, Vitaliy & Elena Vasilieva) and we’re working on an illustrated poetry book.

We wanted to connect Ubicuo Studio projects with the previous projects we’ve been working the last years and Carpaccio Magazine is one of them. From the need of keeping innovating in the fields of new media – the way we show and display contemporary art – and the need of keeping on promoting emerging artists,… an App is born!

Carpaccio Magazine Wallpapers App (named in the App Store as: Art Wallpapers Exhibition) is like mutant exhibition where you can take a look at the works of emerging artists, you can visit their websites, share their works through twitter and mail and, of course, you can download the images and use them as wallpapers for your iPhone and iPod touch.

We’ve published 33 issues in less than 3 years and we’ve met tones of emerging artists – this App is a new way we’ve found to keep promoting these great artists and, of course, to say thank you to them.

Hope you like the App!

It’s free and whitout ads!

We’ll be updating it every week – so stay tuned.

Carpaccio Magazine curators are María Cerezo and Emma Llensa.
