Carpaccio Magazine was a monthly online & print publication created to promote the work of ‘uncooked’ artists: emerging but very tasty artists. Carpaccio Magazine was published by the independent publishing house Atem Books. Founders and curators are María Cerezo and Emma Llensa.
Carpaccio Magazine published 33 online issues and 15 printed versions and stopped being published in 2012. María Cerezo and Emma Llensa got involved in publishing enhanced digital storytelling books at Ubicuo Studio.
